A large Indian retail company wanted to make foray into retail chain for consumer durables and IT products. Before the launch, the client wanted to understand the need gaps in the market and retail fit with their brand.
A quantitative research was conducted to understand the consumer durable purchase journey, current pain points for consumers, post-purchase expectations, brand selection process and client retail brand fit vis-à-vis competition.
